Meeting May 10th, 2012

The next EESPAC meeting will be held on Thursday May 10th at 7 PM in the EES library. Please join us. All are welcome!

Car Raffle

Win a new Car!!! EES PAC has teamed up with Kelleher Ford of Brandon to raffle off a shiny new 2012 Ford Focus SE!! Tickets are limited. 1 for $20 or 3 for $50. The tickets will also be sold at various business locations or from any PAC member. Thank you for your continued support and GOOD LUCK!

Dainty Walk and Craft Sale

On Saturday November 26th, we are hosting a Dainty Walk and Craft Sale. It will be held at EES from 10 AM to 2 PM. Please come to get a tray full of dainties, some crafts for those on your Christmas shopping list, and have a bite to eat! Hope to see you there!

Annual General Meeting

The EES PAC Annual General Meeting will be held Monday October 17th at 7 PM at the EES Library.

First Meeting of the Year

The EES Parent Advisory Council has had its first meeting of this year. We are a group of parents that are interested in all things related to our school. Being a parent or a guardian of a child at our school makes you a member of the EES PAC. Our executive board consists of an assortment of positions – President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Fundraising Coordinator and Members at Large. We also enjoy the participation of our Principal and a Staff Representative.
Our Annual General Meeting will occur on Monday October 17th at 7 PM at the EES Library. At this meeting, we will hear nominations for the executive positions and those positions will be filled by vote. We are always looking for interested individuals to attend the meetings, learn about what is going on at our school, and have input into issues that face the school, staff and children. And we tend to have a lot of laughs along the way. Please come join us! If you are interested in an executive position, please call the school and they can put you in touch with one of the current board members to answer any questions you may have. We’d be really happy to welcome some new members!!

April 12, 2011

Our meeting held on april 12th was a quick one! There have been a lot of exciting things going on at the school – Ignite program -where kids get to build robots, swimming lessons, Pride Wear, the Opera is coming, Pink Day, and even a new oven! The PAC had a successful fundraiser selling lunch at the Zatylny Auction. Our next big focus will be to get started on grant applications for the playground project.
